Chefs
The White Horse Inn is looking for chefs to join their team at the Island’s oldest pub!
Being a chef at the White Horse Inn, you must have a passion for food, creativity and perfection. We aim to feed our customers with the best quality food, and you could be one of those cooking for them.
You must maintain high hygiene levels and follow safety regulations in the kitchen.
We, like most establishments, go through periods of quiet and busy spells, you must be able to adapt to each at a moment’s notice. You should be able to work as a team.
You must be willing to get stuck in, be able to put your name to food and present it with pride. In-house training will be provided for those candidates that we feel will be worthwhile being a part of the White Horse Inn team.
There is a large set menu to follow, as well as a comprehensive specials board that is updated regularly.
We are open 7 days a week, serving food, all year round.
Great rates of pay and hourly rates would be discussed for the right candidate.

Bar Staff
The White Horse Inn is looking for experienced bar staff to join their team at the Island’s oldest pub!
Being a member of the bar staff team you must have a passion for the job you do. Be a people person and have a desire to welcome all our customers into the pub.
We aim to feed our customers with the best quality food, serve them with the best drinks we have on offer, all in a welcoming atmosphere.
There will be times where you will required to run food out to tables and clear them afterwards on quieter days.
